My issue with GNM is that I cannot find out how exactly do they address the issues found. I can't tell how they do this. Is it talk therapy? Is it deep tissue massage?
As far as I am aware they do not address the issues found. It is a framework to understand the root cause of illness and can be used alongside other modalities.
GNM definitely addresses the issues. It is simply done by realising the DHS. Once you realise it, you can sit with the thoughts and feelings of how you felt when the DHS occurred. It is crucial though, to find the correct DHS. One may still be experiencing the symptoms of the “dis-ease” or “illness” but these can be alleviated with other healing modalities such as homeopathy, massage, nutritious foods, herbs, etc
I am currently studying GNM and a process called somatic inquiry in a program led by Brandon Bozarth. As Lisa said, GNM is a framework and not a modality itself. The somatic inquiry process is used to uncover the various conflict shocks and tracks that trigger your symptoms. You can sit in inquiry yourself and/or work with a coach to guide you through the process. Identifying your conflicts and tracks is crucial, then you want to uncover the story you created around these conflicts/traumas and the associated beliefs you have about them. Having an understanding of the GNM framework can eliminate the fear that something is wrong with your body and allows you to cultivate trust that all of your symptoms are the result of a meaningful biological response (with the exception of poisoning, nutritional deficiencies and injuries of course). Sometimes eliminating this fear and making the connection between the shock, its corresponding tracks and your symptoms can be enough to achieve resolution and full healing. Other times we will need supportive modalities like homeopathy that address the root cause of our symptoms. And to help manage symptoms while you work on identifying and resolving the root cause, any modality you personally find supportive, like deep tissue massage, is certainly advisable.
Some injuries can be caused by the healing phase of Self Devaluation Conflict. A phase when you are most vulnerable with your tissues etc being temporarily weakened before being strengthened.

Do you find candida to be a root cause? Or is it a symptom of a root cause? And how, according to homeopathic medicine, do you detox from vaccines?
Candida is not a root cause. It's a symptom that the vital force is out of balance. I have another substack post which goes into detail on detox
Thank you! I’ll look for it
Thank you for this important piece showing how GNM and Homeopathy can work together. 🙏🏻
Thank you for sharing these pieces of artful understanding of how our bio suits are always geared towards co-operation ❤️
